  1. My rebate expires tomorrow, but it doesn’t redeem in 2 days?

Will I still get credit or do I have to email ibotta?

    • Maureen says:

You have to submit the receipt before the rebate expires. You will get credit even if it takes 2 additional days to process.

  2. I know that, I was just saying since it’s a link to card process, it’ll take a little longer for some stores?

Instead of getting credit the same day?

    • Maureen says:

I don’t have any link-to-card ibotta stores, but ibotta goes by the date of the purchase for receipt-upload stores. They can’t deny the rebate just because Rite Aid takes a few days to send the transaction data. When I made a purchase at CVS for a SavingStar rebate that expires on the day of purchase, I get credit even if it takes CVS a week to send the transaction information to SavingStar. ibotta has to work the same way.

Did you check the FAQ section on the ibotta website?

  3. The printable beeped and said no matching items when I did this deal today even though it seems to match. The cashier keyed it in somewhat reluctantly, so ymmv.
