It wasn’t my most exciting CVS shopping trip ever, but the price was right. I paid a net price of one cent plus tax for today’s trip. 1. Steve, the reason your coupon beeped with the wipes,is because they were the wipes sold in the aisle with the paper products, there are personnel wipes and wipes in canisters.

    • Steve Pinski says:

Oh, I wasn’t surprised, but the coupon is fine to use. The product matches the coupon, regardless of how it is coded. My cashier has no problem entering a coupon manually, as long as the words on the coupon match what is being purchased …as it should be 😉

  2. My CVS has started having a 60/40 price difference in their price for b1g1 free items recently. Have you experienced this as well? Ex. a 2/8 price on 2 items will be priced 4.50 and 3.50 on the receipt so if you have a $4 coupon on an item, you will not be able to use a coupon on the other item.

    • Maureen says:

I would fight for two $4/1 coupons because that is the advertised sale price.
