Walgreens: As low as $0.13/can Progresso Soups with sale, coupons and cashback!

If you still haven’t used your Progresso SavingStar cashback offers, now might be a good time. This week Walgreens has Progresso Soups on sale 4/$5 (must buy four to get price.) While I did express a hesitancy to use a coupon when expecting a mail-in rebate that deducts for a coupon AND cashback from Savingstar (like that recent Schwarzkopf deal I wrote about), you probably won’t have trouble getting the SavingStar cashback rebate for this deal and there’s no risk of them hitting you twice since there’s no mail-in rebate for this deal. Of course, should they decline to award the cashback from SavingStar, you’re looking at a final price of $0.88 per can. Here’s the best case scenario:

At Walgreens through 2/25:
BUY FOUR PROGRESSO SOUPS, on sale 4/$5
Get $1 cashback from SavingStar for buying two Progresso Products (will probably double dip with offer below)
Get $2 cashback from SavingStar for buying four Progresso Products (will probably double dip with offer above)
Use one $1/2 Progresso Soup Walgreens Clip2Card coupon
and use one $0.50/2 Progresso Products coupon, 1/8 SS or 1/29 SS insert
Price at Register: $3.50, but possibly get $3 from SavingStar
NET PRICE FOR ALL: AS LOW AS $0.50 (13 cents per can!)

  1. “when expecting a mail-in rebate that deducts for a coupon” refers to this product?

    • Steve Pinski says

No, it was a reference to a different deal I posted recently. I changed the wording a little bit so hopefully that is cleared up now. Thanks for pointing that out so I could attempt to clear it up.
