  1. I have been using 2 manufacturer coupons at Publix and Winn Dixie on their BOGO items for years. Just informed at Winn Dixie they will only take one manufacture on BOGO items and always have. Is this true, new policy or just not an informed cashier? Thank you

      The official policy at Winn-Dixie has been no coupon on the free item in a BOGO sale, however lots of stores haven’t enforced it. This has been the rule since a few months after they bought the Sweetbay grocery store chain.
