Check out the live video I did last night about my MONEYMAKER CVS shopping trip!

Hey everybody! I bet most of you weren’t on Facebook late last night. If you were, you may have seen me in your newsfeed. I did a live video about my moneymaker CVS trip on Sunday evening. I’ve embedded the video below in case you missed it and want to watch the replay. Here you go…

I paid $1.61 per Tide and everything else I bought was a freebie or a moneymaker. The rest of the trip included three Pantene, Physicians Formula Liquid Eyeliner, two Scope Mouthwashes, four boxes of Nabisco Cookies and some pain relief items. The total retail value was over $100, but I showed a profit.

    Used three $0.75 off 2 (-$2.25)
Used three Buy 2 Get 1 Free (-$3.00)
    Spent $4.25 OOP
Submitted and received rebate for $12.50
    $8.25 Money Maker!

Unsure why Steve did not use both coupons as he referred to them both in the video.

    • Steve Pinski says:

There were two reasons I didn’t use both:
      1) I had already used my B2G1 coupons at Publix
      2) The general consensus is that a coupon like a Buy Two, Get One FREE coupon attaches to three items, so when you use three of the coupon it is like you have already used coupons towards nine items. I don’t judge people who do otherwise, but I abide by the consensus view that the B2G1 coupon attaches to three items.

  2. Red coupon machine gave me $3.00 off Physicians Formula also gave me a $5 off $15 Physicians Formula
