  1. the softsoap is gone already? I tried to print as soon as lists were up from two computers and nothing 🙁

    thanks,

    Evelyn

  2. My question is not related to above deal. sorry about that. Yesterday i went to CVS and use 16$ worth of extra bucks from previous weeks and couple of coupons. once i headed back home only i realized that they haven’t scan one of my 5$ Extra buck coupon. Can i do any thing for this ?

I don’t know if you have any recourse. The only thing I could suggest would be to look up the phone number for CVS customer service and call them. Maybe they can cancel out the “lost” coupon and reissue a new one. I am not sure if they will do this though and I’m not terribly optimistic.

Going forward, I suggest you calculate what your total should be at the register so you know when things don’t add up. That way you catch unscanned coupons going forward.

      • thanks Steve !! I should have done my calculations before. That would be a great idea/best practice to do going forward.

yw. Trust me, I didn’t get more careful until it happened to me. It happens to everyone.
