What’s FREE (or almost free) at Walgreens 11/29 – 12/5

Walgreens-freeHere is our list of Walgreens deals that are free or nearly free in the weekly ad starting 11/29. If you want to check out the full weekly ad and coupon matchups for the week of 11/29 – 12/5 at Walgreens, go here. If you are shopping later in the week, I strongly advise that you check out our Walgreens Category to see if there’s anything new since we published the weekly ad matchups and this list.

Don’t forget that Walgreens now allows you to cash in points on smaller totals. See the breakdown below. Also, DO NOT redeem points if you plan on earning points on a transaction. If you do that, you will not earn the new points.

1,000 Points = $1
2,000 Points = $2
3,000 Points = $3
5,000 Points = $5
10,000 Points = $10
18,000 Points = $20
30,000 Points = $35
40,000 Points = $50

Also note that Walgreens changed their coupon policy in late May 2014. There are quite a few changes and you can read more about them here.

  1. Did you try the Hallmark deal? Maybe regional? Not advertised in my circular and I took a leap of faith and tried it and it didn’t work.

    • Steve Pinski says:

None of us made it to any of the drugstores today.

      • Thank you for all your information and help. I truly appreciate it and just realized how awful I sounded in my post…. just curious if it worked for anyone else. Nothing else had me running to the drug store’s today. I have several register rewards that I need to use from the Scunci deal last week and the only thing available to roll them are Hallmark (not working) and Scunci again that I obviously can’t use. Thank you again. I love this site.

        • Steve Pinski says:

No problem. By the way, check your dates on your RRs. I think you should have until early next week to use them.

          • Yes, thank you the RR’s don’t expire until next week but I try not to wait to use them if I have a lot. The Walgreens deals have not been impressive. The Black Friday Walgreens sales were a perfect example. I needed the Scunci and razors for some gift bags that I am making but nothing else was a good deal. I rolled them against each other but ended up with lots more Scunci RR’s. I had hoped to convert them to non-expiring points by buying the Hallmark cards. Hopefully next week will bring some good deals. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I really do appreciate this site.

          • Steve Pinski says:

That was an awful ad. I think they’re trying to run all us couponers off!

  2. ok so I bought the Hallmark cards and didn’t get the 3000 points but called 1-800-walgreens and they just gave it to me over the phone, thought I would share with all of you 😀 (they are always good over the phone about keeping their customers happy)

    • Barbara A says:

That was nice of them . I returned it on the spot and they gave me back cash so I was happy enough.

  3. Barbara A says:

I went to Walgreens tonight and found lots of stuff on an end cap clearanced.
