NEVER MISS A HOT DEAL! SUBSCRIBE TO OUR DAILY EMAIL NEWSLETTER!

cvs 10-5So, I had a sweet little trip to CVS yesterday.  I only had one coupon for the Crest Rinse left, after all the great moneymakers lately, so I was only able to do that deal once.  And I was glad I waited a little bit before heading out, because I was able to see the Centrum Silver deal as well, which added quite a good chunk of profit to yesterday’s transaction.  And we’ve posted quite a few more awesome CVS deals since then, that I may go back for.  I know my wife particularly likes the Jergens deal.  I haven’t checked the paper to see if we got the Q for that yet.  We tend to be hit or miss on Jergens coupons around here for some reason.

Anyway, without further adieu, here’s what I got:

  1. If we get the CVS Email coupon, can we stack it along with the B1G1 50% for Centrum?

    • Wayland P says:

If you’re talking about a % off coupon, no. Items with B1G1 50% are considered on sale and will not discount with a % off Q.

  2. The 5 off 15 doesn’t work for me anymore 🙁 the coupons take it down past the 15 mark and it won’t work. Is this just with cvs coupons?

    • Wayland P says:

      I haven’t had/heard any problems with that. I dunno what’s going on there. 🙁 I’m sorry!

    • Rumor is they’re changing some policies, starting with confirmed spottings of signs saying they won’t be accepting their own red coupon machines past the expiration date, the other rumbings I hear are that they’ll be making those coupons (the X off X purchase-based coupons) will be AFTER all other coupons.. sucks. Looks like I’ll be changing drug stores if that’s true.

      • Yes, this is what I’ve read too! They won’t even come into play until after EVEN extra care bucks as well as manufacturer coupons! Oh man! What’s a couponer to do? I’ve pretty much stopped all shopping at walgreen’s because of lack of any sweet deals and had directed all my attention to CVS rolling ecb’s each week, even coming out with more than I went in with! This has been all thanks to your hard work coming up with the great deals, especially with the $/$ or percentage off deals you that you guys compile each and every week! I can’t imagine planning my trips without all of your guidance! Hope this all doesn’t come to an end! Unfortunately, we do not have a Rite Aid in NW Indiana and Targets are virtually out of the ? for finding any items in stock!
