  1. Angelica says:

I just returned from a horrible experience at CVS. The Glade automatic spray kits were not marked and did not ring up at $5. I spoke with the manager (who turned out to be the store manager (which is beyond me because she is awful)). She claims the ad is incorrect and that the spray KITS are not included, just the refills. Online it states the kits are included as well. When I was finally able to speak (she kept talking over me and cutting me off) I was polite and showed her the ad and my phone. I wasn’t being argumentative, I was calmly explaining the verbiage in the ad as well as on line. This is by far the worst experience I have had in a very long time. There is no reason to berate other people. I will be calling CVS corporate on Monday. I was in customer service for 15 years and would never treat a customer the way I was treated.

    Good luck out there!

    • Monica Bragg says:

I hate when we are treated that way. I would definitely let corporate know of the experience.

  2. I also found the automatic spray kits were not included. I might go back later when my favorite cashier is there and see what he says. The scented oil warmers they said were on sale are not automatic spray kits which the ad listed. Do they even make such thing as a scented oil automatic spray kit?

  3. I just looked at mycvs online. I’m going to show them the automatic spray kits are included as per their site. Maybe corporate goofed when pushing the sales prices out or whomever sends out the prices to the registers.

    • Monica Bragg says:

Yeah, it is noted on there, hopefully they will get it straightened out so folks are not having such a hard time at the stores.

  4. Call or email corporate ASAP, there is no way anyone in retail should treat customers that way. I was in customer service for 10yrs. I don’t let anyone talk to me in a rude manner. Lol

  5. I just returned from our local CVS. Mike, my favorite cashier was there, as was the manager who I’ve been told by many of the employees there is a real A**. She was at the front and I showed her the MyCVS app showing the automatic spray kits were shown to be included. She said, well it’s not ringing up 5.00 so it must not be included. After she left, I showed Mike the app and he asked if that was from their site. I told him, it’s right on the MyCVS app. He then told me, I’m sure she (referring to the manager) will get pissy with me for this. But I’ll give it to you for the price shown on the add. At least there are still some good employees that will make things right.

On a side note, this manager was a transfer from another store. When she put in for her transfer, she was kind enough to put in a request for one of her co workers. Without as much as even asking him first. He found out on his last day when someone told him, good luck at your new store. He didn’t know what they were talking about.

  6. Yea. I usually do my couponing when she’s not there. None of the employees have many good things to say about her. Even the guy she transferred with her can’t stand working with her.

    • Monica Bragg says:

Yeah, that is what I would do too. I try to avoid those personalities at all cost.

  7. Stephanie says:

The kits were marked as $5 at my store.
