I made a quick stop into Publix today to get some stuff to make dinner tonight, and a few snacks for the week. Usually we get out meat at Costco because they have better deals on organic meats than Publix but last time we went they didn’t have any organic meat. With our stockpile running low I decided that turkey burgers would be a good option for dinner because we haven’t had any in a long time. I had a feeling that if I used the Sabra coupon today it would be BOGO next week (the coupon expires on Thursday) and of course as soon as I get home from Publix the Weekly Ad was up at I Heart Publix and it will be BOGO next week. So if you were lucky enough to get one save it!

I had an awesome trip to Publix today! This was the first time in a long time I have been excited about going to shop. I took a friend with me to the store today and we both did two transactions. We actually exited the store and re-entered so we could be on a “new visit” to comply with the terms on the Winn-Dixie competitor coupons.
I had a pretty good trip to Publix today, although I’m getting to the point where I need a really good sale sometime in the next few weeks. I feel like my shopping has gotten a bit boring as of late. Anyways, here is what I bought, along with the coupons used:
I made a quick stop into Publix today with my roommate. We were planning on picking up about a dozen 12-packs of Fanta, but the closest store that accepted Winn-Dixie competitor coupons didn’t have any items with peelies. (The store closest to my house has the peelies, but doesn’t accept W-D coupons.) Here’s what we bought, along with the coupons used:
I had a pretty good trip to Publix today! I had one major disappointment; my store no longer carries the Popsicle Yosicle products, so I had to choose some other items and use a lower value coupon. I will be making another trip to pick up some Fanta, chicken and a few other items, but I had to keep today’s trip smaller because I rode my bike to the store.
I had a pretty good trip to Publix today! My savings rate is a little lower than normal, but that’s because I’m finally feeling better after feeling like crap for three days and I decided I was going to buy whatever I wanted. That included a Publix fried chicken deli meal and a family sized “vat” of hummus without a coupon! I used a $10 off $50 Publix coupon from a single page flyer in the 4/21 St. Petersburg Tribune newspaper (that’s my local edition of the Tampa Tribune.) So there’s an extra $10 of savings beyond what is listed in the item-by-item breakdown below.
I didn’t really feel like shopping today, but I know you guys want to see what I’m buying, so I decided to get me some Palermo’s Pizza. The flatbread ones look really good! I used a $5 off $30 competitor coupon from Winn-Dixie, so that lowered my out of pocket expense $5 more beyond the savings listed below.
I made a quick run to Publix to pick up a little bit of dirt cheap Skintimate, Sunlight and Hormel products before the hoarders showed up. (The Skintimate and Sunlight deals both started today and are pretty hot.)
