OK, this deal isn’t advertised, so it is possible not all stores may have it, however check to see if your store has a Buy $20, Get $15 Extra Bucks deal on Physicians Formula Skin Care. If you find this deal, plus you find BOGO peelies (as some are reporting), you have a moneymaker if you received a 20% off CVS store coupon via email last week. Here’s the best case scenario:
BUY TWO PHYSICIANS FORMULA SKIN CARE, pricing starting at $19.99
Get $15 Extra Bucks when you buy $20 of Physicians Formula Skin Care (unadvertised – check for shelf tags)
Use one 20% off regular priced CVS store coupon (if you got the email – deducts $8)
and use one BOGO Physicians Formula Skin Care peelie coupon (deducts $19.99)
Price at Register: $11.99, but get $15 Extra Bucks
NET PRICE FOR ALL: $3.01 MONEYMAKER!
If you don’t find the BOGO peelies but have a 20% off coupon, I think the ECB will still trigger even though you are only paying $15.99 after the CVS coupon. If so, that makes the net price as low as $0.99 for one, even without the peelie.
Also, keep your eyes out for mascaras with $2/1 peelies or Try Me Free peelies. This week there is a $7 ECB when you buy $10 of Physicians Formula Cosmetics and you could score a $7 moneymaker with the Try Me Free peelie or $0.99 mascara with the $2/1 peelie (after ECBs.)
Thanks to One Frugal Chick for the tip.
