Here’s another quick heads up for you. On January 1st, all CVS Beauty Club rewards will reset, meaning that you will lose any partial balances towards earning another $5 reward. Make sure you check your most recent receipt to see how close you are to the next $50 mark, as it may make sense to do a marginal deal because you may trigger another $5 that you will otherwise lose on January 1st. (So now you have my explicit approval to load up on clearance cosmetics!)
For example, if you are only $13 from another $5 Beauty Club Extra Bucks reward, it may make sense to pick up another $13 of products – even if you don’t need them – if you can get them for less than $5 out-of-pocket. If so, you will maximize your Beauty Club Bucks and come out a little bit ahead.
