OK, I saw a reference to this deal on another site, but I’m certain they have miscalculated how Walgreens handles a B1G1 50% sale when paired with a Walgreens store coupon. They have the Bayer Low Dose as low as 24 cents each, but I’m 99% sure that it’s more like $0.49-$0.86 each after printable coupon instead. I have fixed their errors in the scenario below.

Here are your scenarios at Walgreens starting 3/11 (note that prices vary slightly from store-to-store):

BUY TWO BAYER LOW DOSE ASPIRIN 32 CT. OR CHEWABLE 36 CT., B1G1 50% off (pricing varies from $2.99-$3.49 at most stores)
Price before coupons and B1G1 50% off sale: $5.98-$6.98
Use two $1/1 Bayer Aspirin 24 ct or larger printable coupon (zip 33712)
and use the $1/1 Bayer Aspirin 20 ct or larger Walgreens store coupon, March coupon book (deducts $2)
You will also get an adjustment for the B1G1 50% off sale: ($1 if your price is $2.99 each; $1.25 if your price is $3.49 each)
NET PRICE FOR ALL: $0.98-$1.73 ($0.49-$0.86 each!)

When you have a B1G1 50% off sale at Walgreens, the last thing the register does before finalizing your price is to make an adjustment for the B1G1 50% off sale. It makes this adjustment made on your final price per item after all Walgreens STORE coupons are deducted. For example, if your Bayer is $2.99 each before the B1G1 50% off sale and you have used a $1/1 Walgreens store coupon, the register will deduct based on that post-Walgreens store coupon total. In this example, your new price is $1.99, so the 50% off the other item will only deduct $1 (not $1.50 like most people think.)

There’s also a pretty decent deal on Bayer Advanced Aspirin products. Here’s your Walgreens scenario starting 3/11:
