  1. I had an outstanding, if somewhat strange trip to RiteAid yesterday. I was there only for the Crest/Oral-B deals and expected to have $24 tracking toward the “buy $30, get 1500 Plenti points.” The cashier rang everything while I was still sorting coupons, so my Plenti card phone number didn’t get entered until everything was rung up at full price. (This MAY be why I ended up with so many extra points.)
I bought one 1-liter bottle of Crest Scope, 2 tubes of Crest 3D White toothpaste, 2 Oral-B Pro Health Advanced toothbrushes, and one Oral-B Glide Pro Health original floss. All were $4 each except the Scope and the floss, which were $3.99 each, probably due to my 20% discount.
    Total before tax was $23.98.
Coupons used were a combination of printed $2 toothpaste, a couple from the P&G circular and a couple Load2Card, total of $8 in coupons.
    Subtotal $15.98, plus $1.86 tax, total $17.84.
I used $15 in Plenti points and $2.84 cash oop, expecting to get 1800 Plenti points in return.
But NO, big surprise. I got a total of 3300 Plenti points which included the 1500 wyb $30!!! And the bottom of my receipt shows tracking of $4.96 toward the next Buy $30, get 1500 point deal.
I have no idea why this worked the way it did, but I’m not complaining….
