  3. To the above comments, there is no limit — you get 2,000 points per any amount you buy (just don’t pay with points or a gift card that was from a return without a receipt or you will NOT earn points).

    And by the way, this coupon didn’t scan for me. The cashier had no issues with manually entering them but just a heads up for everyone!

    • You can pay with points and still earn points on this type of deal. I did this this morning. Walgreen’s changed “some” of the policy on redemption. You can now spend and earn points on deals where you have to buy a certain number of items and earn points, for example buy 1 earn $2 in points. It’s the threshold deals, like spend $20 earn $5, where you can’t use points and earn points.

      Also, coupon didn’t scan for me either but unfortunately for me, they would not manually enter it.
