  1. Hi Monica, I’m having trouble with my cvs app. When I get to the register the catcher says my coupons are in red . and I can’t use them. Just wondering if you are having the same trouble..ty

    • Steve Pinski says:

Monica might not be around tonight, so I’m going to approve this comment and hopefully someone else can leave you some feedback. I haven’t used an app coupon in a while, so I don’t know if mine are working fine.

    • Danielle says:

Recently I’ve had it where my coupons sent to my card don’t even show up on the screen even though the print out says they were sent to my card.

  2. I can’t figure out the Tide deal , out of pocket 3.34, how do you get that amt..?

    • Steve Pinski says:

If you buy four and use four $2/1 coupons, you will pay $13.36 but get back $5 Extra Bucks. It is like paying $8.36 total for all four once you factor in the Extra Bucks and that is $2.09 per bottle.

  3. I’ve had this happen several times over the past few weeks, and called the 800 # – they know about the problem and are working to fix it. At the end of the transaction, I just let the cashier know what coupons I have on my app that I want to use – if they’re red, and see I bought 2 toothpastes, then they override it.

  4. http://www.blackforestusa.com/products/ this link has expired and coupon no longer available

  5. Money maker….hurray

bought one General Mills Tiny Toast 1.99
    used $1/1 coupon
    paid .99 at register
received $1 ECB and $1 deposit in my Saving star for buying one
    PROFIT $1.01

    Thanks you guys rock

  6. Experienced the new coupon policy this afternoon. They would not accept a $2 red machine coupon which expired Aug. 8. So I cancelled the $32 transaction and walked out of the store – first time I have done that in the 50+ years I’ve been shopping there! I do hope Larry J. Merlo, CEO of CVS, thinks it’s worth it to lose $32 over $2 and incur bad feelings towards his company!

What experiences have other couponers had with this new policy?
