  1. I had a confirmed order at 5:30pm ….and at 11pm they CANCELLED my order. I spent an hour online chatting with customer service and they finally agreed to reinstate my order, but then told me my items were out of stock…. BUT I had confirmed on the phone with my Kmart that the shoes were there and would be ready for pick up first thing in the morning. The order was cancelled after my Kmart had already been closed for an hour. …so the shoes should still be there right?? I couldn’t get Customer Service to leave a message for the store to get first thing in the morning, explaining the situation and reinstating my order. 🙁
    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

    • Steve Pinski says:

And I wonder why they are going down the tubes…

      • Yah, def… Sears worst and KMart right behind.
Give them another year for Craftsman to find someone stable, and they are DONE/

  2. I think this is an error. It does not seem to be $7 per shoe… It’s $7 off total order of $30 or more.

    • Steve Pinski says:

It was taking off $7 per shoe last night. Did you just try to do the deal? If so, they may have changed and/or corrected it. Let me know, because if the code isn’t working as listed now, I will update the post.

      • Yeah I tried and it didn’t work and even tried speaking with customer service… I got no where with them. But it was worth a try!

  3. I followed your post and ordered several pairs yesterday. Today, my order was cancel as well. It was taking off $7 per pair last night. They corrected it. Now it’s $7 off total order of $30 and more.

  4. Christie says:

Yeah, it’s now “spend $30 or more and get $7 off your shoe purchase”.

    • Christie says:

Oops…saw you updated just as I commented!

      • Steve Pinski says:

😉 That sucks that they cancelled orders. There’s always a chance when the deals look too good to be true…but sometimes they don’t get cancelled, so we have to try!

  5. mine says being shipped to store… let’s await and see / i did have more than $30 (some non shoes)… maybe’ they’ll keep my business 🙂
