walgreens-120815I had a really nice trip to Walgreens today! I got everything on my list, but I did run into some problems at the register. My second Splenda coupon beeped and it was entered manually. That manual entry seemed to set off a chain of events that ended with the register refusing the store coupon on the Splenda, although if you give the store coupon last it will normally adjust itself if necessary to make an item free (if it would otherwise give you overage.) Anyways, I luckily had some nice (and calm) Walgreens employees and they just ended up entering the store coupon for the full value of $8 (four items times $2 each item) and came out even better than expected. If you’re planning on buying multiples of the Splenda, I recommend splitting them up into one per transaction.

The good news is that everything else went fine 🙂

  1. I looked at the Energizer batteries in my store. How is the package “specially marked”? Is the code on the inside of the package? Thanks.

    • Monica Bragg says:

The front of the package will have a Bunny Cash or rebate that is inside the package with the code but you can clearly see it.

  2. thanks for the splenda deal. I bought 1 pack and one mushroom can on sale and spent $0.18 🙂
