  1. I am wondering if the trigger for the ECB at $29.97 is regional or store by store? It never works for me at the stores in my area.

      That is weird because as long as you hit 98% of the required amount it should trigger the ECB. I have never heard of anyone that it didn’t work for until now.

  3. According to my store manager, when the new policy kicks in next week, we will have to meet 100% of the purchase in order to get the ECB. 🙁
