  1. The new format is so confusing 🙁

    • Steve Pinski says:

I’m sorry. Unfortunately, it’s much cheaper and the matchups have proven to be more accurate. (FYI – We contract with someone to get most of the matchups and don’t do them ourselves.)

  2. I’m confused about the deal on Dial Foaming Hand Soap.

    “Buy 1; Use $1.00/2 Coupon”

I’m supposed to use a $1 off TWO coupon on ONE item?

    • Also, clicking on the “Click here to see the complete list” button takes me to the 8/02 – 8/08 deals instead of 8/16 – 8/22.

    • Monica Bragg says:

That is wrong, thanks for pointing it out. I have submitted for it to be corrected.

  3. The colgate white rinse is also 2/6$. There is a coupon for 2$ off 1 item in one of the inserts.

  4. I have a CVS question,
I got a smartphone finally and I was looking at my extra rewards and need some insight about there terminology. The ones are “softsoap, spend 12 get 6 eb then under it says spend $-1.00 to earn more rewards. Does this mean I have spent $1 toward the 12 or I need to spend 1 more to reach twelve? The negative sign here I guess is what is throwing me off.
    Please help, thanks!!!!

  5. It was not on a receipt it is on the cvs app in my phone under extra care where I linked my card

  6. ok went to CVS and showed her what it said, the manager told me I was $1 away from reaching the $12 dollar limit….so I went and bought 1 small softsoap for 1.64 and then the receipt said limit reached but it did not give any ECB the manager thinks it should have and instructed me to call extracare on Monday….will let you know what they say. The manager said she has seen several this past week with the “-” before the dollar amount and thinks it is because of some of the changes they are making on the app

    • kathy silberberg says:

That manager should have printed the extrabucks for you right then! They have the ability to do that at the register.
