  1. I tried this yesterday i purchased 2 caress total $6 and change. The $2 come off. used 2 of the $1 off coupons and it brought my total back up to $4 and change.the cashier said it was because i used coupons.i don’t think that was right.

  2. Just ran into the same issue… Never couponed at dg, however I attempted a treseme and a caress bringing my total to over $6 but the cashier said because of my coupons I didn’t reach the $6 limit. Had I known there totals have to be after coupons I never would have went. I wish all stores were uniform. So hard to keep up with individual store policies.

Me too…same issue but the ad or their coupon policy does not reflect this policy..I called corporate and complained..if everyone would call..I bet this issue would change.. They don’t want to lose customers!

  4. Nanell Olivier says:

Oh I would also like to ask Monica who wrote this deal up..if she checked it out first?

    • Steve Pinski says:

We write about 30-40 posts most days. It is rare that we check a deal in store. If we did that instead of trusting other bloggers with a good track record, we’d only get to write up about 10%-15% of what we do.
