cvs 5-31So, I had a great trip to CVS on Sunday.  I’ve just been so busy with the Kmart Super Doubles stuff, I hadn’t had a chance to write it up yet!  The percentage off coupons may be slighty off, because I think the way they interacted with one another and some non-manufacturer Extra Bucks may have caused some funkiness.  But I came out ahead, so no complaints here!  The prices at the store I went to may be different than some of the prices that we have in other post, so make sure to check if your store has the same prices if you attempt to do this!

This looks like my Cvs deals, besides the cookies. I ran into issues again at the register. Once you hand them extra bucks and coupons for your purchases, and they total it. You cannot hand them another extra buck, because that will throw the computer into chaos. I have learned this, and it happens to me often. If I do this the cashier will have to start all over again. Its annoying and then the line begins to build up. I wish their computer system was better. The receipts are almost as bad as Target. I did get great deals though. I also purchased milk for 2.99, but its dairy pure milk, so I had a coupon for .55 cents off. So cheap milk too this week if your store carries that brand.

I never seem to have trouble if they ring everything up, deduct store coupons, then manufacturer’s coupons and then Extra Bucks. Then they total and the register adjusts for my CVS coupons that weren’t already deducted and the prices change from regular price to sales price.

      • wendyc33 says:

Ok thanks. I just know if they total it, and then you want to get your total down more, and then give them another extra buck. It will throw it off, and then they have to start over. Not sure why, but that’s crazy.

        • I’ve had the same problem, Wendy. Sometimes I’m not sure if I can use more extra bucks and if they total it and I could use another one, the computer voids things and they have to start the transaction over! I feel bad if that happens and there is a line because people glare at me for using all those coupons!

  2. How did you print more then one nabisco coupon. I tried but it says that I have already printed. Had it sent to multiple emails

  3. I’ve seen where some people have a .75 Ibotta for Propel. It was not on my list.

    • Steve Pinski says:

Yeah not everyone has that one.

      • I have just started using Ibotta; although I have had the app for awhile. Do you know why some people have an item (Propel) and others don’t?

        thanks

  4. My % off CVS email coupons always say excludes sale and promotional items. How does your store take off the coupon if all of your items were sales or promotional items?

    • Wayland P says:

My percentage off usually say “sale items” but nothing about promotional items. So in my shopping trip, it wouldn’t have deducted anything from the cookies or the Propel, but it deducted from the rest.

  5. I don’t see $2/1 Speed Stick Gear deod. Q.
    Gone?
