publix-050715I had a great trip to Publix today! I managed to get everything like I had planned, although I was hoping to find the cheaper Playtex products instead. That’s ok though, because it was still a great trip overall. It’s always nice when you can get a bunch of stuff including $10+ of produce and still pay less than $10 for everything.

I used two coupons that aren’t listed with the individual items below. My juice, romaine lettuce, bananas and jalapenos qualified me to use the $2/$10 Produce Department purchase Publix store coupon that was found in some Florida newspapers on 5/3/15. I also used the coupon for $10 off a $50 VISA Gift Card when you buy $50+ in groceries. Because there was a $4.95 activation fee on the VISA Gift Card, that deal had $5.05 profit associated with it. So the total for these two extra coupons was $7.05 extra savings and those are reflected in the statistics listed at the bottom of this post.

Here’s what I bought, along with the coupons used:

  1. FYI – –
In that same SS from 3/29 that had the Pedigree Treat BOGO coupon…………….there also was a BOGO Cesar Home Delights coupon on the same page (on the reverse side) in my paper.
This is in the event someone is unable to *print them*.
Not as good of a deal as the printable, but still an option 🙂

  2. I don’t receive RP any longer in my area I would like to know Where can I purchase them. Thank you for you help in advane

    • Steve Pinski says:

Sorry, but we don’t provide any information about buying coupon inserts, since it is questionable whether or not it is legal 🙁

Red Plum isn’t issued in my area, however our company buys extra full newspapers where my business partner lives. That’s how I get mine. However, we do not just buy the inserts.

  3. I bought 12 pedigree dog treats b1g1 $4 used 6 b1g1 coupons..I had to pay 12$ why were they not all free? what did I do wrong?

    • Steve Pinski says:

Guessing you live in an area like Monica’s where the BOGOs ring up 50% OFF. So since your items just ring up $2 each, the coupons only take off $2.

Where I live in Florida, Publix stores have what are referred to as “TRUE” BOGOs. My items ring up $4, FREE, $4, FREE, $4, FREE, etc. The coupon is then treated as $4 off. That’s why mine come out free.

  4. do you know the link to the Simply juice, not coming up for me 🙁

    • Evelyn, it looks like the Simply Juice coupons are no longer available 🙁 That’s why our link didn’t work, because the coupon is gone (for now, it might reset sometime soon!) This is the type of coupon that goes quickly.

  5. ok thanks so much for the reply 😉
