cvs coupon requestSo, after the rousing success of our CVS Email Matchup, (I hope my deal finding skills are better than my Photoshop skills!  I did that image all by myself!) I decided to go forward with another new project here at Couponaholic!  The tricky things about CVS Matchups are, there are so many individualized coupons.  Unlike some other stores, not everyone gets all the store coupons!  And there is no easy way to know what everyone has got, so we’re going to have to leave it up to you to tell us!  On Sunday Mornings I’m going to put up a post like this asking for what coupons you got from the Red Coupon Machine.  Here’s what we need from you:

CVS Coupon Info – Print Date – Expiration Date

I don’t need the fine print or serial numbers or anything like that, just need to know those three key pieces of info.

Each Tuesday, I’m going to see what deals I can make for you using the coupons you told me you got out of the Red Coupon Machine.  That’s why the print date and expiration date are so important, so I can keep matching those suckers up for a couple weeks if I need to! Once I get back from the shopping, I’ll even leave my own coupons in the comments section here on the blog, because that’s where I am going to be looking to get the info to match up!  I guess it’s a case of, I’ll show you mine, if you show me yours! 😉

So tell us what you got in the comments below this post with CVS Coupon Info – Print Date – Expiration Date, and keep and eye out Tuesday for the matchups!

Extreme Couponing Tip: You can usually get two prints of most internet coupons. To find them in the easiest possible way, use our preclipped links that take you right to the coupon. Then come back and click the same link to get your 2nd print. This will save you the time spent searching for the coupon.

  1. Fun! I have about 15 right now so I’ll narrow ’em down and post after I get some new ones tomorrow morning. I’ve noticed that all of mine are loaded in my account Monday mornings and if I go to the machine during the week I just get reprints of those so I really don’t print them until I need them and I’ve noticed that if I wait to print them until the day they expire, the expiration date resets and gives me another 2 weeks to use them. So my question is, do you really need the print date in this case?

    • Wayland P says:

I had noticed that too about the printing of them. And you may be right I may just need to subtract two weeks from the expiration date. But I’m also curious to see if there are any outliers to that two-week pattern. And do some number crunching, to figure out how to do match ups better in the future. Say for example if I’m looking at future ads, and you can say hey if you have this coupon and it is expiring in your account soon, print it now so you have it for XYZ sale. While it’s too late now, The short version of my answer is The more date I have, The better analysis I can do, and the better deals I hopefully can give everyone.

  14. I received a 25% off entire purchase coupon in my mailbox. It says cannot be combined with other CVS coupons. Does that mean no red machine coupons or no other total purchase coupons like a $4/$20? I’m a bit confused on this one

    • Wayland P says:

I have not seen that wording before. Usually they don’t apply to sale prices, but are fine with other coupons. (Granted usually the discount is applied after all other CVS non-Manufacturer funded coupons are applied.) I would assume it would mean total purchase coupons, knowing how such coupons have worked previously, but I am not 100% sure. =/
