  1. I didn’t realize I could do the coke deal like that! I thought it had to be in one transaction.

    • Wayland P says:

Most CVS deals you can spread out over multiple transactions.

    • Valencia says:

You don’t want to do this Coke deal in one transaction anyway. The ad says limit 3 Cokes and I read where some bought 5 in 1 transaction and the last 2 rung up regular price.

      • Wayland P says:

In general that’s how CVS limits on prices work. The limits on a specific price are per transaction and anything in the same transaction over the limit will be regular price.

        • Yeah, that happened about 3 weeks ago to me with the pepsi/dr. pepper deal…3 rang up 3.33 and the other 3 pks rang up $5.69!!! I was not very happy! I have not had a chance to stop back in the store- but when I do, I am planning on asking them if there is anyway to fix the situation (even if I have to return)…it drives me crazy to pay full price for anything!

  2. My second transaction the two rang up regular price so I went ahead and got 3 which made them 2.60 per 12 pack for each of the 6

    • Monica Bragg says:

Sorry about that! They didn’t have an alternate price listed in the ad for single purchases.

    • Wayland P says:

That’s odd because in my second transaction the two rang up at sale price. 🙁

  3. addie p says:

is there a limit on # of ECBs with this purchase?

    • Steve Pinski says:

The stated limit in the ad is one. If, after you receive the Extra Bucks, it does not say that you have reached the limit for the offer, you may be able to do it again. (Sometimes the real limit is higher than stated in the ad.) However, it is most likely that you will only be able to earn the Extra Bucks once.
