The way I look at it , you spent 32 dollars and received 32 dollars up reward? Unless you paid it with your up reward it is totally free but if you had to pay 32 out of your pocket . Is the up reward auto deduct on your purchase ? Or you use it on anything in the next purchase?
I meant to say if you spent 32 dollars out of pocket , its not really free unless you paid it with up reward, then its free. I think I’m confusing myself. I’ve never shop there so I don’t understand the up reward deal.
Rite Aid works much the same way as CVS and Walgreens. You can use previous Up Rewards to pay for your transaction. However, in my case, anytime I use a raincheck at Rite Aid that has a +Up Reward that I am supposed to get back it comes off immediately. So for the toothpaste I literally paid nothing for them up front. The Banana Boat was on sale BOGO $9.99 and I had $4 in coupons. So, for them I paid $15.98 (less previous Up rewards) and received four $5 Up Rewards to use on a future purchase of anything.
It is Rite Aid as CVS accumulative toward UP rewards ? In other words can I purchase 2 sunblocks one day n get 2$5 up rewards n come back the next day n get the other 2 sunblocks using the rewards for the day before to lower my out of pocket or I have to buy the limit of 4 UP rewards in one transaction in order to get the total of $20 in Up rewards
You can do it in two separate days because it is $5 for each one you buy.
Monica, are you saying that a Rite Aid when you got the rain check for the Colgate that had UP rewards you still got the UP rewards when you got them with the rain check. These always tell me you can get a rain check for the item but you will not get the UP rewards since the deal is over?
Yes, that is the case at my Rite Aid stores. But, my stores are locally owned and not “National” stores. They don’t run the same “national ad” that I post on here each week but they will honor it. This may be different for your stores.
