I have used CVS cosmetic coupons on Nail polish before and its worked. and I dont have the friendliest CVS cashiers – they are pretty strict, so it must be OK . . .
I got a $4 off $12 Cosmetics purchase from the coupon machine, would nail polish be considered a cosmetic? If so, that would make it a moneymaker.
