I stopped at customer service on the way in and asked if they were honoring this coupon. They said that they were but it could not be used to purchase gift cards or any of the items specified in the coupon restrictions. Got myself some printer ink and other office supply necessities for a cheap deal. This was in the BestBuy in Monroeville, PA.
I went to best buy today. I bought 105 dollars worth of ink for 55 dollars. That’s a big savings plus my husband bought a home office thingy for his computer for over a hundred dollars and he used the 50 dollars off coupon too. We save a hundred dollars in one trip. Went to best buy in fort Meyers fl today and was told sorry you could only use the coupon on 1/21
Just got back from BestBuy and tried to use my coupon that I had printed earlier in the week; the dates show good 1/21 – 1/27/2012. Rang up my purchase and cashier tried to use the coupon but it would not work even after he scanned and then keyed it in; he went to get help and was told that BestBuy was only honoring the coupon on 1/21 and that they had a notice posted on their board at the entrance to the store. How can they do this?? I was so disappointed and told them void the transaction!
