Yes must have been regional as my SS inserts from two different papers in Missouri did not have them either. Bummer! I was really hoping I could find it to get my coffee creamer for only $.02 a bottle.
I had the coupon but when I looked at my local Walmart they didn’t have any at 1.14… They were all 4 something each… :/
Then they didn’t have this size (or you couldn’t find it.) This is a very inexpensive product.
