I had a great trip to Publix today. Although not included in today’s totals, I also picked up a $50 Old Navy Gift Card for only $40 by using the coupon in the Yellow Advantage Flyer ($10 off your grocery purchase when you buy $50 of Old Navy/Gap gift cards.)
I did three transactions today and used two $5 off $30 Winn-Dixie competitor coupons and one $5 off $25 Save-a-Lot printable coupon. ($15 total of extra savings.) I could have even save more money, except I pitched my May inserts with the Glory Foods coupons a few months ago without pulling out the unexpireds.

the save a lot $5 off of $25 expired on dec. 25, did publix still allowed you to use it?
The expiration date is rolling. It depends when you printed it. I have ones with expiration dates of 1/3/13.

Do you have trouble printing the coupons from the Best Meals emails? I’ve used IE and Chrome, it’ll print 1 coupon and not print again. Or may not print any. Would have overlooked the MM on Crest Whitestrips. Thanks.
I haven’t had any trouble. Used IE today and it looks like they upped the print limits too. I was able to click the Bisque coupon 4x today, and even though I had two prints of the Go Soups earlier, I was able to print two more today.
To get additional prints I did not use the “back” button. I reclicked the original link in the email each time.
Where are the Crest Whitestrips 4 ct? I looked by the toothpaste and all the whitestrips there were way more money than $5.99. Are they travel sized?
Only a fraction of stores carry them. I have found them in checkout lanes, with the other white strips, and in the travel sections.
Crest white strips $5.99 are a two pack not a four pack.
It says right on the front of the package two pouches…yes, but it also explicitly says four strips in the same area. So there are clearly four strips and two pouches. The size restrictions says four count, but it does not say whether the count is pouches or strips.
The Publix policy is to follow the exact wording of the coupon. Since the package does explicitly say that there are four strips in the package and the coupon says “4 ct or larger” and not “4 pouch or larger,” the store coupon is indeed a match, even if accidental on Publix’s part.
I found them today right next to the other whitestrips. My cashier of course had an issue with my $10.00 coupon. She called over a manager and then he looked at the box/ looked at the coupon a few times/ flipped the coupon over a few times and then told the cashier to accept the coupon, it was as if he had never seen a stock-up coupon before. I was like, “hey, I didn’t make that coupon, Publix sent it to me and it is for exactly what is on the coupon.” I love couponing, but sometimes it is such a hassle,
Yeah…that is one of those coupons where you’re totally in the right to use it, but they’d rather you didn’t. As long as they do the right thing and accept it, I’ll take a dirty look for it…and my big moneymaker

Thanks for posting about the $10 Publix coupon! I did not realize that is says 4ct on the front of the box! I am headed out today, since the coupon expires today! You guys are awesome! I love your site & you always post the best deal! Keep up the great work! You all are honest couponers too. =)
Yeah, it’s a close call, but clearly defensible based on the wording on the package in the lower right corner of the front.
If it said two pouches on the front and made no reference to four strips, I think it would be a no-go.
