Here’s a great deal I found at Walgreens. As I mentioned in my last post, there’s a new BOGO coupon for Trident Gum (pre-clipped.) But in addition to this manufacturer’s coupon, there’s also a Walgreens store coupon to stack. I found it when checked for new Walgreens mobile coupons. Depending on how you do the deal, you may be able to score gum for as little as 21 cents per pack.
I think it will be 42 cents for two packs if your store uses the manufacturer’s coupon FIRST and then the mobile store coupon to adjust the price, since they will probably give you the coupon’s max value of 96 cents. If they adjust the price first using the store coupon, then your coupon value will probably only get you 69 cents off, making your total cost 69 cents (or 34 cents per pack.) Confused? The scenarios below should help…
If the Walgreens store coupon is used first…
BUY TWO PACKS OF TRIDENT GUM, price unknown
Use one $0.69 Trident Gum 18 pieces Walgreens mobile store coupon (adjusts price to 69 cents each)
and use one BOGO Trident Gum 9-18 pieces manufacturer’s coupon (will be worth 69 cents)
NET PRICE FOR ALL: $0.69 (or 34 cents each!)
If the manufacturer’s coupon is used first…
BUY TWO PACKS OF TRIDENT GUM 18 CT, price unknown
Use one BOGO Trident Gum 9-18 pieces manufacturer’s coupon (deducts max value of 96 cents)
and afterwards use $0.69 Trident Gum 18 pieces Walgreens mobile store coupon (adjusts price to 69 cents each)
NET PRICE FOR ALL: $0.42 (or 21 cents each!)
