I’m glad you got your coupon! Please remember the deal is for one coupon per fan though, and multiple redemptions are explicitly prohibited as stated in the terms of service.
For everyone else: The only issue we are having is dealing with the enormous amount of traffic which is causing slow load times for some fans. Everyone who tried to print within the million available will get their coupon (we are getting close to the end, but there are still coupons available!). Lindt has responded to every single wall post on their page, and we are responding to every single support issue that comes to our support email.
Multiple prints from your printer dialogue box is not a flaw of our system. Our CoupCheck software ensures that we are made aware of attempts to redeem multiple coupons, so we will handle those issues if/when the time comes. Other coupon sites/software require users to download a specific driver to their computer before printing to prevent the dialogue box from displaying. They do this because they don’t have the technology to prevent fraud. They prevent multiple prints (which does nothing to prevent copying after printing), but also give customers an extra hassle, and do not allow them to choose the printer they want to print from, or adjust other preferences (color v. b&w, for instance). We trust that most fans will abide by the terms and conditions and enjoy this great deal from Lindt for their great fans. Enjoy your truffles!
