Comments

  1. my CVS (Newnan GA) has the facial wipes and beauty bars priced at $3.74…which makes the OOP on the Olay deal $14.96- a $0.04 money maker….

  2. jacklynn says:

In Brandon we got a .50 off the Suave Deo.. :(

    • That still only makes the 8 Suave products $.19 each. That is still a GREAT deal.

  3. Thank you so much. I always love to see your post. Is always different than the other people.

  4. also my ad features Bengay Zero- and we got a $3 coupon in the RP (with Skinny Cow on the front) that makes this a money maker!

    • Carly, I didn’t list the Bengay Zero coupon because the Bengay Zero is quite a bit more expensive up front. (According to cvs.com $11+) Hopefully you will find a different price in the store but you might want to take the $2/1 coupon just in case if you need the Bengay.

  5. marlene says:

i have a qiestion i want to buy 6 head&shoulder making it $30.00 if i use 3 bogo from 7/1pg it would make it $15.00 but i recieve a $5 ecb. do u think this is a good deal and will it take the full coupon value of 7.99 or just 4.99 each. tia

    • I have heard lots of reports where the Head & Shoulders coupons are taking the full value of $7.99 when scanned but that does not work at my stores. The register beeps and they enter the price ($4.99). According to CVS when using a BOGO coupon you can also use $$ off coupons on the items that you are buying. There is supposed to be a $1/1 Head & Shoulders in the PG 7/29. As long as the wording on the coupons do not prevent it you can use 3 BOGO coupons and 3 $1/1 coupons. That would make it a little less out of pocket. I would take the policy with me (I have also spoken to corporate about this and they say this is acceptable as well) if you are going to do this deal because you might have to stand your ground.

      • marlene says:

        thank you so much

        • At my CVS they take the value the coupon scans for. My H&S scanned at 9.49 a piece! I wasn’t anticipating it so I had to add Ragus among other things to come out of the red. Also make sure you stack the 1/1 coupons from the new p&g too! Hope you have the same luck!

  6. jacklynn says:

Did they report getting the Nano CVS coupon from the red machine?

  7. Markeasha says:

The rcm gave me $2 off body wash/bar soap purchase of $8 or more & $3 off $15. Hopefully this will help with my olay deal.

  8. If you only have to spend 25 on the olay deal, why buy so many cleansers? If you buy two at3.74 and 3 body washes at 5.99 you will hit 25. your out of pocket will be a lot less using these coupons. Am I missing something?

    • Yes, you have to buy $30 worth to hit enough to do the $10 Mail In Rebate for Olay. Technically you would only have to buy one more cleanser but since you are getting the Body wash or bar free with coupon you might as well get that one too.

  9. Also the crest mouthwash at CVS is on sale. There is a PG q that will probably redeem the full value of the q at CVS. This will make a nice mm, to bad limit 2 per card

  10. so I went to do the olay deal today…. I bought 4 face washes at $4.99 and 4 body washes (3 were $5.99 1 was 6.99) and i didnt get the extra care bucks and my receipt says i have to spend $1 to get the ecb. but calculating it all, i am well over 30 bucks. any suggestions? do the ecbs not print as they should sometimes?

    • It should have worked. I would go back to the store with my receipt and tell them that you did not get your ECB for the Olay deal. They can force an ECB to print.

      • ok thank you. I was starting to wonder if I got the wrong face wash, but the size matches what the ad says and it was $4.99. is it all the face washes? Thats how I am taking it from the add, besides the size restriction. Which I bought the right size and the bought the blue bottle, to try to match the blue facial clothes box in the ad :) lol. thanks again

        • It says any cloths or cleansers (within the size restrictions) so I would think that yes it applies to all that fall into the correct sizes

  11. Can I do the olay rebate even if my total is lower than $30 due to the B1G1 free coupons?

  12. I did the Olay deal as you listed plus I received a CVS $4/25? (not sure)Olay from the Red Machine….. I was really thrilled with this deal as I love both the cleansing wipes and the body wash!!! I also received a $1/5 CVS Q on Dawn, Puffs, Covergirl or Gillette which I used on the Dawn deal…..bought 6, used
6x.50 from P&G and the $1 CVS for another great deal!!

    • To clarify, the CVS coupons were $5/$25 & $1/$5.

      • Glennette says:

Well the P&G Dawn coupon says limit 4 like coupons in the same transaction..so that deal doesnt work.

        • Sorry, I had 4 coupons from the 7/29 insert and 2 coupons from P&G home gathering booklets.that expire different dates. If you still have the 7/1 P&G you could use 2 x $.25 Q.

  13. Nano rebate state no coupon can be use.. Good luck!

  14. Does the rebate work before or after coupons? or it doesnt matter as long as it totals up to $30.00

  15. Does the ceral deal at 3/$6 ring up at $2.00 a box? I noticed you gave the scenario for 8 boxes. You also listed it with a limit of 7. Is that per ECB deal? Thanks for the help!

    • From my understanding yes they do ring up at $2 each. And the limit of 7 is on the ECB deal. There are several different items that can be used in this same deal but this was one of the most reasonable.

  16. mariane says:

I was going to send in my nano accu-chek rebate and on the back it States “Total of rebate amount not to exceed net purchase price ( after coupons) of care kit plus sales tax.”. Does this mean we won’t get the rebate since we got it for free with the coupon? If we can’t, can’t complaim on getting a free meter.

    • You can try, and it probably depends whether or not your order includes enough other items to where they can’t ascertain whether or not you used a coupon.

That said, since you actually didn’t pay anything for it, you should probably just accept the free meter and leave it at that.

  17. mariane says:

    Thanks steve :)

I did have other things on receipt but I’m not going to send it in…seems only fair.
