So my savings rate is way down for this trip because we had run out of a few staple items around the house such as organic milk, hotdogs, and jelly. It can be hard to find really good stock up deals on a lot of non-perishable organic items so I don’t keep a big backstock at home. Publix was out of the moneymaker glue sticks but I picked up these free ones instead, and I also wasn’t planning on getting the craisins but since we were going to the movies last night I figured two bags of dried friut and some chocolate I had at home would be a cheaper movie snack than what I would get if I had purchased food at the theatre.

Where is the $5/$30 Winn Dixie coupon at? Thanks!
I got it from the enjoy the city coupon books
Your glue sticks are the singles & the coupon was good for the 3-6 ct packs. Did your store sub those in?
I think the wording may have changed on that coupon
Oooooooo . . . the coupon gods aren’t happy we you don’t save 100+% J/K, of course
It was nice to see that someone else doesn’t always come out of Publix paying for their groceries. LOL By the way, I did the meatball sub deal you did, my husband liked the change in menu. thank you
I meant NOT paying for groceries
Those subs were pretty good, though I wish that deal was happening a week where classico sauce was BOGO! I had plenty of stuff to make a tomato sauce but was feeling rather lazy that day!
I still think you did a good job shopping. At times I just don’t want to coupon and see what it’s like to slide backwards again…. Then of course I see all your amazing deals, and get fired up again
Thanks for sharing. =)
