I went into Publix today because I was so excited to get cheap vinegar and mayo so that I could make coleslaw, then I managed to forget to buy the cabbage I would need to make it! I did well despite going shopping hungry. Here is the breakdown of what I bought and how I saved. NOTE I did not notice the size restriction on the Publix Coupon being specific to only the 22 oz bottle. I went in planning to buy the mayo without it and thought I had gotten lucky! The totals have been changed to reflect the savings I should have received.

How were you able to use the Best Meals coupon on the mayo? The coupon states 22 oz and the 30 oz is on sale.
Well, I walked in the store today and saw the coupon that said 1.50 off any hellmann’s product and didn’t read any further, the important part that said 22oz. I just thought cool, I came here with the intention of buying mayo and I found this extra coupon must be my lucky day. But I was wrong, and I adjusted the savings rate and such to what it should have been without that coupon.

Yeah, the Publix I went to today does not accept Target as a competitor. The closest one that takes sweetbay and target is about 20 minutes away.

Wow, I’m excited. this is the 1st time I got organized. Got $65.58 for $25.69. My publix takes competitor coupons and got 3 jellos paks for $6. and got 1 FREE using a Target coupon. I got the Mayo on sale and the cashier took off 2/1.50 coupons.I also, got 2 bags of M&M’s, BOGO and a coupon for 1.50. On the Sargento cheese had a Pub $1 and paired it with 2/.55 for a 1.55 savings.I even got Kibbles & Bits no sale but had a 1.50 coupon couldn’t go to waste. Even got hotdogs for the 4th. Woo joo!!!! next time I take pics.
The Publix Cheezits coupons on the donation sheet were only good on the family size which were much larger than the ones on sale. Unless there are different donation sheets, that one was not a correct matchup.
