I’m not sure if this relevant or not…but the wording of the papermate coupon does state “coupon value cannot exceed value of item purchased.” I’m not sure if that implies no overage?

It implies that and you won’t get any at Target; however, most Publix stores will enter the full coupon value.
Just wondering… Does Publix honor Target mobile coupons?
You can check, but it is unlikely because they won’t have a paper copy of the coupon to register the cashier’s drawer.
