UPDATE: Apparently (and I did not realize this), Orville Redenbacher makes a pre-popped product in bags and it looks like this is the product for which they may intend usage because of the “popped” corn lingo, instead of “pop”corn. Judgment call for you to make.

Starting Wednesday or Thursday at Publix (depending on when your store starts the new ad), Orville Redenbacher Popcorn will be on sale. We have a printable coupon that will sweeten the deal, especially if you are one of the lucky ones that lives in an area with double coupons. Here is the scenario that starts later this week:

BUY TWO ORVILLE REDENBACHER’S GOURMET POPPING CORN (single serve 6 or 10 ct OR 30 oz jar), on sale BOGO $5.45 (in-store price likely lower)
Use two $0.50/1 Orville Redenbacher’s Popcorn printable coupons (zip 33712)
NET PRICE (NO DOUBLES): $4.45 *or less* ($2.22 each or less!)
NET PRICE (DOUBLED COUPONS): $3.45 *or less* ($1.72 each or less!)

Thanks to Liza over at Addicted to Saving for the tip.

Extreme Couponing Tip: You can usually get two prints of most internet coupons. To find them in the easiest possible way, use our preclipped links that take you right to the coupon. Then come back and click the same link to get your 2nd print. This will save you the time spent searching for the coupon.

  1. Alicia H. says:

The coupon says for ‘Popped Corn’ – the stuff already popped and flavored in a bag – and the sale says for the Popping Corn (single serve 6 or 10 count or 30 oz jar), which is the kernals only. Do you think you can use one coupon for the other kind, even though it states on thing? Or do you think it matters? I don’t really know. I guess I’ll find out on Wednesday when the sale starts!

    • Oh wow. The picture is of a bag that looks pre-popped. I didn’t even know they made that product. Hmmmm. I think we probably shouldn’t use it. I’m going to add an update and leave it up to folks to make the judgment call. Nice catch!
