Note that this only a three day ad for CVS. We will be getting a new version of the ad starting on 7/4. The ad features a great gas card deal if you have the necessary coupons, but the rest of the deals are pretty slim pickings. Here are our stock-up deals in the 7/1 CVS weekly ad that runs through Tuesday.
GAS CARD DEAL – Get a free $10 Gas Card when you buy $30 of selected products (before coupons.) I have two deal ideas, depending on whether or not you need diapers.
Scenario #1: Buy one Pampers Super Pack Diapers $24.99 and buy two Pantene 2/$6.50. Use the $3/1 Pampers coupon expected in the 7/1 P&G newspaper insert. Use one $3/2 Pantene coupon from the 6/24 SS newspaper insert. Use one $2/1 Shampoo, Conditioner or Styling Aid CVS Store Coupon from the CVS Red Coupon Machine (week of 6/24) and use one $1/1 CoverGirl, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Oral-B or Crest CVS Store coupon from the Red Coupon Machine (week of 6/24.) Pay $22.49 and get back a $10 Gas Card. Net price is $12.49 for an enormous pack of Pampers and two Pantene. (NOTE: If you have two $2/1 CVS coupons for the Pantene, use both and don’t use the other CVS coupon; you will save $1 more.)
Scenario #2 (if you are crazy enough to have a ton of CVS coupons for the Pantene): Buy eight Pantene and four Dawn Dish Soap. Total before coupons = $29.88. Use four $3/2 Pantene coupons from the 6/24 SS newspaper insert and four $0.25/1 Dawn coupons from the 7/1 P&G newspaper insert. Then use as many CVS Pantene coupons as you have (up to eight total.) Pay as little as $1.88, but get a free $10 Gas Card. Up to $8.12 moneymaker (if you have seven $2/1 CVS coupons plus a $1/1)
A few other ideas for substitutions if you are in a jam (not stock-up deals, but not awful): Bounty Basic Paper Towels 8 pk $6.49 minus $0.25/1 coupon in 7/1 P&G; Charmin Basic 12 pk or Ultra Strong or Soft 9 pk $5.99 minus $0.25/1 coupon in 7/1 P&G; Tide Detergent 19-32 loads $5.97 minus $1/1 coupon in 7/1 P&G.
POSSIBLE MONEYMAKER ON SCHICK HYDRO RAZORS – Schick Hydro Silk, Hydro 5 and Hydro Power Razors will be on sale for $9.49 with a $3 Extra Care Bucks reward printing at checkout. There is a $4/1 coupon in the 6/10 SS, plus many of us received a $5/1 CVS store coupon about 10 days ago that should still be valid. If you ran into empty shelves that week, here’s your chance to use that coupon. Use the $4/1 manufacturer coupon and the $5/1 CVS coupon. Pay $0.49 and get a $3 ECB. $2.51 MONEYMAKER!
CHEAP ZZZQUIL – Zzzquil 12 ct or 6 oz will be on sale for $4.99. There’s a $2/1 coupon in the 7/1 P&G newspaper insert, plus some cardholders received a $2/1 CVS coupon from the Red Coupon Machine recently. If you have both coupons, pay just 99 cents after using them.
CHEAP HAWAIIAN TROPIC – You will get $10 Extra Care Bucks when you buy select Hawaiian Tropic products 6-8 oz. There were $1/1 coupons in the 6/17 SS newspaper insert, plus there are printable coupons here. Buy two items and use two $1/1 coupons. Pay as low as about $18 at the register, but get $10 Extra Care Bucks back. Net price will be about $8 (or $4 each!)
CHEAP TAMPAX AND ALWAYS PRODUCTS – There will be a $1 ECB when you buy any of the following for $3.99: Tampax Pearl or Radiant 16-20 ct, Always Infinity or Radiant Pads 12-18 ct or Liners 64 ct. There will be various $0.50/1 and $1/1 coupons in the 7/1 P&G newspaper insert. Pay $2.99-$3.49 after coupon and get $1 ECB back. Net price is $1.99-$2.49, depending on product selection.
CHEAP COCA-COLA 2L BOTTLES – These will be on sale for 79 cents.

The cvs coupon for the pantene.. is the red coupon machine giving that out? and if so does it give out that many per card?
These coupons have been printing daily all week. Once per day per cardholder. Crazy!
ok great I hope I go in tomorrow and one prints… i love to stock up on pantene especially for a great price like that.
It probably won’t print tomorrow. Usually the coupons change on Sunday.
Oh if only I would have known that you could actually USE all of those coupons. I always tried to just use 1 . . . . .I figured they were “reminders” in case you forgot to bring the other ones that you printed the other day . . . .
I just checked my coupons and didn’t see any “limit one per customer” type language, so it looks like we’re good
I had 4 of the $2 off shampoo/conditioner CVS coupons – today I bought 10 of the VO5 on sale (79 cents for each) and paid 48 cents.

Nope. Although there was a regional manufacturer coupon for $1/1 in the 6/3 SS. (Didn’t get it in my area.)

I asked the cashier and she said she would this one time. They just put them in manually.

Is the gas card for $30.00 PER transaction or can you spend 15 on selected items on one transaction and 15 within another within the 3 day period?
You can do it over multiple transactions/days, so long as you do it before the promotion ends.
