Today was an okay day for me at CVS. I am down to my last few Schick Hydro cartridges, so I decided to do the Schick disposable razor deal even though it was a little more expensive than I like to pay. I also picked up some free Milky Way bars and the CVS Red Coupon Machine spit out a $1/1 ANY Toothbrush coupon, making the Colgate toothbrushes free after Extra Care Bucks. I couldn’t find a qualifying Physician’s Formula Skin Care item at $11.99, even though CVS.com has a few on the web site.

Here’s what I bought, along with the coupons used:

TRANSACTION #1
TWO MILKY WAY BARS, on sale $0.75 (regular price $1.19)
ONE COLGATE TOOTHBRUSH, on sale $2.99 (regular price $5.49)
Get $0.75 Extra Care Bucks when you buy one Mars Candy Bar (Limit 1)
Get $2 Extra Care Bucks when you buy select Colgate manual toothbrushes
Used one $0.75/2 Milky Way Candy Bar printable coupon (zip 33712)
and used one $1/1 ANY Toothpaste CVS store coupon, Red Coupon Machine
Price at Register: $2.74, but received $2.75 Extra Care Bucks
NET PRICE FOR ALL: $0.01 PROFIT (minus sales tax)

TRANSACTION #2:
FOUR SCHICK TITANIUM DISPOSABLE RAZOR 3 CT, on sale $7.99 (regular price $10.49)
Get $10 Extra Care Bucks when you buy $25 of select Schick razors
Used two BOGO Schick Disposable Razors, 5/20 SS newspaper insert
Price at Register: $15.98, but received $10 Extra Care Bucks
NET PRICE FOR ALL: $5.98 (plus sales tax)

Total Retail Value of All Merchandise: $49.83
Net Price Paid for Everything: $5.97 (plus sales tax)

    Ok, so on the Schick Razor deal, if you purchase 2 more packs of razors and 1 Edge shave gel, use 1 more BOGO Razor q and 1 $0.55 shave gel Q, it will spit you out another $10 ECB (you can do the deal 2 times and you already have some of it built up from the 1st transaction!) It will make it an even better deal for you!

      I’ll probably go back to another store and see if I can find some $11.99 Physician’s Formula Skin Care and pick those up. I had thought about doing this, but thanks for the reminder ;)

    Update on the Schick razor deal! I did the initial purchase for 4 razors using 2 BOGO Q’s which rung up at $10.50 instead of $7.99. Then I was able to do 3 more separate transactions of just 2 razors and 1 skintimate shave gel using 1 BOGO Q and 1 shave gel Q. It will say offer limit reached at $100.00.
