Today was a pretty good day for us at CVS. I decided to go to try out the Nature Made Vitamin moneymaker I wrote about yesterday. One of my printers is out of commission, so I was only able to get two prints of the $5/1 Nature Made printable coupon; because of this, my moneymaker was less than the $10 moneymaker scenario.

Did your $5 nature made coupon scan for $5 or $1? I used mine at publix this morning and it scanned for only $1, the short bar code is coded for $1. They had to manually enter for $5.
Mine didn’t scan. It beeped. Cashier checked with manager who examined the products and instructed the cashier to push the coupon through.
Mine beeped too and then they accused me of coupon fraud because I was trying to use 2 coupons on a B1G1 deal. When I showed them the coupon policy which clearly states that you can do just that, they said the coupons must be fraudulent. I went right home and called CVS corporate so hopefully I will be getting an apology on Monday morning … grrrrr!

All CVS’s around me have been out of the baby lips all week. No right guard on clearence anywhere here either and then on top of all that the cashier would not let me use the Mars coupon – he said I have to buy the item pictured
Didn’t work for us either. Manager said only one per order as stated on the coupon. That and only could use 3 of the 6 coupons. I decided to save them for another day.

Question from first timer- I had 6$ ecb and I tried to purchase an item that only cost me $1 dollar- but the cashier told me I couldn’t use it since it wasn’t the same amount as what was do- is that how ECBs work?
Your total (not including sales tax) must be AT LEAST as high as the ECB you want to use.
