great week! Hopefully, there will be tuna when I make it to my store:) I have a feeling the tuna shelf clearers will be out:)

    • steve says:

Can you imagine what it must be like outside FL? $0.50 moneymaker with the PQ and MQ. I think I’d just get a couple of rainchecks rather than try to find them.

This is a pretty good week to shop and I didn’t really need the tuna deal. I think I might go get a raincheck in a few days once all the stores are out so I can extend the sale for 10 more pouches. (I have a few friends and relatives that hook me up with their coupons, so I’ll probably come across another 5-10 coupons in the next few weeks.)

      • BOBBIE says:

We know how you feel not to double Q’s. We live in lower Al and we are in the Florida district for Publix. We do take our Q’s with us when we visit family in upper Al to we can cash in on the double Q’s. Love your blog it has helped me to save alot of money. Keep up the great job!!

        • steve says:

Glad you like it! Tell your friends :)

          • bobbie says:

I don’t know if your Publix accepts dollar general q’s or not but this Saturday they have another 5/25 Q. I know I have 6 and will be doing 6 transactions at my local Publix store.

          • steve says:

My closest Publix store is in the same plaza as a DG and doesn’t take them :(

    • Milissa says:

YAY! They had tuna!! I had to dig, for it. But, there was tuna. I was so surprised. Everyone must have used their coupons last week on the bogo:)

  2. Sheri says:

In regards to the WD competitor coupons, do they send these or are these catalinas?

    thanks,

    Sheri

    • steve says:

No, these are bought. There are books you can buy called “Enjoy the City” that have four W-D coupons for $5/$30. I bought a bunch of the 2011 books when they were 3/$20 late last year. For every three I bought I got 12 W-D coupons. So in reality, these coupons cost me about $1.67 each and my W-D coupons expire about mid-year.

  3. Vicki D. says:

Where can I get the Publix/ConAgra book???

    • steve says:

There was a rebate a few months back. If you completed the rebate, you were sent a $10 Publix Gift Card and a coupon booklet. This deal is no longer available :(

  4. Ann says:

    Happy Friday everyone :)

How can I get the Hillshire Farm Grilled Essentials printable coupon. It doesn’t appear on the coupons.com link. Thanks!

  5. Pat says:

Free tuna here in Georgia,,Have not found the Find Yourself in Good Health to make it a moneymaker.Have tryed 5 different stores. Thanks for your great tips.

  6. alice says:

    Bravo!

  7. patricia says:

I don’t get how I didn’t get the $5 off purina coupon when I’m in Sarasota and you got it in St. Pete! Soo frustrating! I hate regional coupons! Ha.

  8. Maria says:

Great list I was wondering where can I find the booklet for find your self in good health? Or what does it look like

    • steve says:

They were on big cardboard displays at the front of both stores where I shopped yesterday. They are white and tan/light brown if I remember correctly. (I’m not at home now or I would check.)

      • crystal says:

You can print all of these out on the publix website. Click on weekly ads and it will ask for your zip code. Then click on “find yourself in good health” on the right. I’m in GA and I just used these on the tuna and made $.50 off each!

  9. alba says:

Hey I’m new in this :-( I’m kind getting the hint … can somebody help with the coupons from “Start Your Year Out with Big Savings” today I ask to the cashier and she didn’t know :-(
Thanks Couponaholic this is one of the bests websites

    • steve says:

What kind of help do you need with them? If you are trying to find them, they are in a blue brochure that might be on a cardboard display at your Publix, either at the front of the store, or near the toothpastes, deodorants, etc.

      • milissa says:

Ask customer service. Msg publix on fb, they will mail you one or tell you what stores near you have them.

    • alba says:

      Thank you So much..!!!!! :-)

  10. milissa says:

I’ve been to four publixs and there are no sundown, gasx,or lax, wow the tampa coupon whore has struck!

    • steve says:

I felt like I hit the jackpot when one of the stores had two lonely ones. Funny thing is there was an empty slot with no shelf tag adjacent to the slot with the shelf tag. The slot with the shelf tag had none and there were two sitting in the slot with no shelf tag there. I see Sundown at probably 75% of the stores I go into in St. Pete. It has been that way for this whole green flyer. (Everyone must be distracted by Gas-X hunting over here)

      • tampatwinmom says:

        millisa-
SO TRUE I am in Tampa too, and actually wanted to buy the GasX for my neice with IBS who actually needs them. The stores are CLEARED of them. It is getting frustrating. My cashier was telling me of a woman who just buys vitamins for a publix gift card. I bet soon they will stop overage the same way target does. I Love to get a few extra dollars of overage on something to help pay for produce but some people have honestly taken it out of hand!

        • MilissaFrancoa says:

@tampa mom, phazyme is stronger than gas x and usually has great coupons at essentialsforliving.com

        • Milissa says:

To help you narrow down your search, these are as of 1/20/2012

          * Has Vitamin B6 Deal/Vitamin A
          Collier Commons (Store #00877)
          2121 Collier Pkwy
          Land O Lakes, FL 34639-5286

          Has Nothing
Arbor Square at Connerton (Store #01142)
          7830 Land O Lakes Blvd
          Land O Lakes, FL 34638-5701

          Has Vitamin A
The Shoppes at Sunlake Centre (Store #01219)
          18901 State Road 54
          Lutz, FL 33558-5268

          Has nothing
          Lutz Lake Crossing (Store #00831)
          19221 Dale Mabry Hwy N
          Lutz, FL 33548-5067

          Has Nothing
          Northgate Square (Store #00524)
          3939 Van Dyke Rd
          Lutz, FL 33558-8001

I think as you get closer to tampa, the less supplies there are. I would go outwards towards New Port Richey. There is a Publix on little road that accepts target and save-a-lot coupons. If you go to save-a-lots website and sign up for their newsletter you can print out a bunch of 5-25 coupons.

        • N. says:

Hi, send me your mailing address and I’ll drop some in the mail to you. I’ll also give you some verification info in the email so know who I am. I had to hunt around down here in Miami but I found some.

          Steve, you are AWESOME!!!

      • Milissa says:

I finally scored some x-lax and sundowns at of course my normal publix. After I was so sure they would not have any, and I went to 5 different Publix’s on my search for eternal bliss. Anyway, 4 boxes of x-lax and 8 bottles of sundown later, I was a halfway happy camper. Plus I got a super cashier, who was unprecedentedly very coupon lax. Almost to the point where I was concerned for Publix. At one moment in my transaction, there was a coupon on a product it said something like save 2 now when you buy one of this and one crescent roll. Well, I did not buy the crescent roll and did not want it because I already had coupons for the product. So I told her this, and she said, oh it does not matter, the register will scan any coupons, it does not know if you bought the other item. Yikes, so sorry for Publix.

Anyway, we were able to save 70% while getting acquainted with all the Publix’s in my area. Clearly not as good as you, but I am not taking part in the Kimberly Clark because I hate kotex pads. Good luck when you use them ;) .

  11. Markeasha says:

There is more Sundown Naturals coupon coming in this Sundays paper for $2 off 1 I hope I can use it towards this deal.

    • steve says:

You can. I believe the $2 coupon is for 120 ct+. If so, it will make B6 and Folic Acid into moneymakers.

  12. Amie says:

Nice job! I was thrilled to combine the gas card deal and the Kimberly Clark rebate to get: a big box of Huggies, Huggies wipes, 2 Colgate, Poise pads (I had a free item coupon from a Kroger Catalina), 3 Nature’s Bounty, 4 tuna, 2 International Delight creamers, Crunchmasters, 4 Dole Fruit cups and a $50 gas card for $54.57 including tax! I’ll get a $10 Publix card back. I don’t have a Publix that takes x/total coupons from competitors, but they did take a $5 Register Reward today and told me to check next time because they thought they could take them, but weren’t certain. I was happy with that and I’m hopeful that they will continue to accept Register Rewards in the future. It will make it so much easier to grab the freebies at Wags and not have to worry about rolling my transactions.

  13. Diana says:

    AMAZING!

  14. Ronda M says:

Hi Steve! TY for the break down – I LOVE IT! I am in South Florida and mainly use Publix for all my shopping. I was able to get a few of these deals. I was disappointed that the Scooby Doo vitamins are not at any of my Publix(s) :( but oh well. Where do you get the $10 KC & Publix rebate form? I am a single mom with almost teen daughter and I think we could use that! Thanks for all you do!

    • steve says:

The form is in the booklet with the matching store coupons that I used in the shopping trip.

      • Ronda M says:

wow! thanks! I decided that I’m going to let you do all the shopping first, go over your deals with my coupons then I’ll go the next day……….:) I love to save money ESP at PUBLIX! :)
