Today was a pretty good day for me at Publix. It’s always good when I can stock up on canned dog food and not spend too much out-of-pocket. We didn’t need much else since we stocked up on chicken, eggs and produce on last week’s sale (see photo & details here), and since we are low-carbing it, there’s not a whole heck of a lot we are going to eat out of the things I bought. I went alone and didn’t want to spend too much time away from work, so I just grouped everything into one transaction.
One crummy little detail – after the trip I heard that the Gulden’s is going to be on sale soon, so I should have held off on that deal. That’s alright though…you can’t win ‘em all! I’m just glad I have it, because it’s a very tasty addition to cheese and/or deli meat. I think that detail was offset by the fact that I scored on the Gas-X and Nature’s Bounty deals again; I didn’t think there was much chance that either of them would be in stock.

Where can I get the Publix tailgating coupon book?
It was mailed out to people who completed the ConAgra Foods rebate a few months ago, along with a $10 Publix gift card. Unfortunately, the deal is no longer available.
Great Job.
thanks
Where do you get all your competitor store $$/$$ coupons?
Winn-Dixie Enjoy the City Books – Save A Lot Printables – Weekly Flyers from Competitors with dollars off coupons (Sweetbay, GFS Marketplace, Winn-Dixie.) I live within 10 miles of about a dozen Publix stores, so I just go to the one whose competitors match up with what I want to use.
Thanks. Also just an FYI- Save A Lot has Banquet meals for a $1 but they have $4 in coupons in them. One of those coupons is $1.50 off one bag of Banquet chicken-I was able to use with the BOGO sale the week. Got 2 bags for @1.99. Not bad since I do not have the Tailgating booklet
Nice tip! Had I known that I would have spent $1 less today ($3 less at Publix, but $2 at S-A-L) and had two more Banquet meals to give to my bro’
Just wanted to let everyone know- publix has a preschool pals and a baby club program. I’ve received some great publix coupons($1 off a dairy item, $3 off a cake, etc.) Definitely worth signing up for, they’re both free

Just when I thought there was no Gas X left in Florida you find it!! LOL
It’s gonna be tough to find now. Stores will restock, but it will just be a matter of luck if you show up the day they do. I have about 10 coupons left for the next two weeks, but I think I’m going to ask my fave store to just order me ten of them and a few Nature’s Bounty Cal/Mag/Zinc and save the prayers/headaches
I’ve been on the fence for a while about doing the MM deals on the vitamins/supplements/digestive medicines — but I keep wondering, what does one do with all that Gas-X? I hope that you’re not ill enough to have to use all that, so I’m guessing you donate them…but where?
Thanks for the post!
In St. Pete where I live, the free clinic downtown also runs a foodbank. Over the counter digestive medicines are highly valued there.
Thanks, I’ll check around at our free clinics and see if they can recommend a place. I already tried the homeless and women’s shelters, but hoping for better luck with the free clinic.
Nice logo, btw!
